  Depot and on-site maintenance are provided by our team of dedicated and trained engineers who would be available to advise, repair, and maintain your equipment so as to ensure that your hardware continues to perform to your expectations.
   
Extended warranty / Maintenance contract Service
  Maintenance contract service can help to lower your total cost of ownership, protects your investment and productivity as well as provides service peace of mind. It can also help to manage the entire repair process and minimize the downtime of barcode readers, printers, mobile computers, POS etc. facilitating faster turnaround for your business and the ability to lock in repair budgets for the length of the agreement. These maintenance contract service can be purchased individually or as part of a combined package.
   
Preventive Maintenance
  Our engineers will schedule periodic visits to your facility to conduct health checks and maintenance services on your equipment. This will help to prolong the lifespan of your hardware as well as eliminate problems from occurring or from developing into large, unmanageable issues.
   
Helpdesk and Technical Support
Our Helpdesk and Technical support hotline operates on Mondays to Fridays (9am to 6pm). Closed on weekend and public holiday.
